It’s hard enough to get one person in a barrel, let alone two at once. That’s why it’s absolutely nuts that Noah Beschen and Eimeo Czermak just managed to do that in Mexico. The pair broke down the behind-the-scenes details of the whole process in the latest video on Beschen’s YouTube channel.
The stunt went down at Pasquales, Mexico. As Beschen described it, not a lot of thought actually went into deciding to make the attempt.
“I don’t remember specifically being like ‘We should do a double barrel,’” he explained, “I feel like it was just always on our minds for a while. We kind of just were finally like, ‘Let’s just send it. Let’s actually try to do this.’”
Noah basically just called up Eimeo, asked him if he wanted to try to film him in a barrel, and the pair were off to Mexico.
“At first I didn’t really think about it,” added Czermak. “I was like ‘Oh, that’s pretty nuts,’ but, whatever, I’m gonna do it. I wasn’t thinking too much about it. I thought it was going to be a good time.”
And yet, with just a camera, a roll of duct tape, and a cut-up pool noodle, they managed to pull the whole thing off. Check out the process below.
