Step Into Creativity: The Other Art Fair Brooklyn Returns With Bold New Experiences

Brooklyn, it’s your time to play with art.

The Other Art Fair, presented by Saatchi Art, returns to ZeroSpace in Gowanus from November 6 to 9. This fall’s edition is more colorful, more daring, and more delightfully unpredictable than ever. With 125+ independent artists, immersive installations, and interactive moments around every corner, this is where creativity meets curiosity.

Opening Night with DJ Crystal Queer & Mariyea
Kick off the fair with a bang. Thursday night lights up with a high-energy DJ set from DJ Crystal Queer and a live performance by Mariyea—Brooklyn’s own powerhouse performer, actress, and drag icon. Both are supporters of Black Trans Femmes in the Arts, the fair’s official nonprofit partner, whose mission celebrates and uplifts Black trans and gender-nonconforming artists. Expect glamour, movement, and a whole lot of pride.

Atlier Sisu’s Splendour
Floating above the fair is Australian art and design team Atelier Sisu’s Splendour which is inspired by the fleeting magic of sunlight. See how this sculpture changes day to night at the faira reminder that even light itself is an ever-changing work of art.

Kinetic Installations by Hypersonic
Lose yourself in motion with not one, but two mesmerizing kinetic installations by Hypersonic. These sculptural works pulse, spin, and shimmer in rhythmic motion. Perfect for anyone who loves getting lost in the soothing, ASMR-like experience of art that moves.

Limited-Edition Art & Collectibles
Bring a piece of the fair home. Grab the Friday Late Event Bundle for a limited-edition tote by Griffin Goodman, a joyful still-life celebrating the act of creation. Be one of the first 200 guests that evening, and you’ll also receive a collectible Efdot enamel pin in exchange for participating in a collective artwork.

The (Brooklyn) Cloisters—Bar Installation
The Cloisters are moving to Brooklyn! Step into “The (Brooklyn) Cloisters,” a bar installation by creative duo Richard Hoffman & Adam Rose, that reimagines the iconic Met Cloisters with a contemporary twist. This dreamlike work is where medieval relics collide with modern art, each piece a playful reimagining of “ancient” works in new materials and bold styles.

Blind Date with an Artwork
Take a chance. For under $200, unwrap a mystery piece and find your next favorite artist. The thrill is in the reveal, and the story you’ll take home.

The Other Art Fair Brooklyn is more than an art show – it’s a place to explore, connect, and celebrate what creativity can be. Don’t miss out.
